Penguins Secure 2nd Straight Victory Against Flyers

  After dropping the first three games to the Philadelphia Flyers, the Pittsburgh Penguins are officially making things interesting. The Penguins secured their second straight victory in Game 5 on Monday at PPG Paints Arena, defeating the Flyers in a nail-biting 3-2 win to keep their season alive. Sidney Crosby fueled the comeback with a pair of assists, while Elmer Soderblom, Connor Dewar, and Kris Letang each found the back of the net. Following a 4-2 win in Game 4, Pittsburgh has now cut the series lead to 3-2 and will look to force a decisive Game 7 when they travel back to Philadelphia on Wednesday. Blues 5-2 Win Against The Rangers, 1/11/24

   The Rangers played in St. Louis against the Blues on Thursday, January 11th. The Blues won with a great 5-2 score! This was an unfortunate loss for New York after losing their past two games, this was the third game in a row where they've lost.

   Brandon Saad scores the third goal for St. Louis - this being the only goal in the middle frame, 3-1.


   Jordan Kyrou gets a hat trick! Vincent Trocheck scores the second and last goal for the Rangers. Pavel Buchnevich scored an empty-netter, 5-2 was the final score.
