Hurricanes 6-3 Win Against Anaheim 1/11/24

   The Ducks played against the Hurricanes in Carolina on Thursday, January 11th. Carolina won with a 6-3 score. After an unfortunate loss against St. Louis, 2-1, it's a good comeback for the Hurricanes. Before they had broken their win streak, they had a five-game streak.

   Brady Skjei strikes first late in the first period, Andrei Svechnikov scoring soon after Skjei. Those two being the only goals this period, 2-0.


   Isac Lundestrom cuts the lead only 25 seconds into the second period. Jordan Martinook took it right back soon after Lundestrom scored, 3-1. Ryan Strome scores the second goal for the Ducks and his fourth of the season. Frank Vatrano ties up the game on a power play, scoring his nineteenth of the season! Stefan Noesen gets Carolina back in the lead and Jack Drury scores not long after. The final score of the second period was 5-3.


   Seth Jarvis scores the one and only goal in the third period! The Hurricanes won with a 6-3 score.
