Penguins Secure 2nd Straight Victory Against Flyers

  After dropping the first three games to the Philadelphia Flyers, the Pittsburgh Penguins are officially making things interesting. The Penguins secured their second straight victory in Game 5 on Monday at PPG Paints Arena, defeating the Flyers in a nail-biting 3-2 win to keep their season alive. Sidney Crosby fueled the comeback with a pair of assists, while Elmer Soderblom, Connor Dewar, and Kris Letang each found the back of the net. Following a 4-2 win in Game 4, Pittsburgh has now cut the series lead to 3-2 and will look to force a decisive Game 7 when they travel back to Philadelphia on Wednesday. Penguins win against the Islanders 3-1, 12/31/23

   The Penguins defeated the Islanders on Sunday, December 31st. The Penguins won with a 3-1 score! This was a great way for the Penguins to end 2023.

   Noel Acciari scores giving the Penguins a 2-0 lead! The final score of second period being 2-0.


   Samuel Bolduc scores his first goal of the season! Lars Eller scores an empty-netter, his second goal of the night, with only seconds left!! The final score being 3-1.
