Kadirova, Elridge Each Score Two, Torrent Falls 4-3 To Charge

  Photo via Seattle Torrent/PWHL The Torrent suffered their fourth straight loss when they took on the Ottawa Charge on Wednesday at TD Place, losing 4-3. Seattle came alive in the second period behind two goals from Jessie Eldridge. Alex Carpenter, who made history scoring the first-ever penalty shot goal in PWHL history, tied the game before Ottawa took the lead back with little time to play. Fanuza Kadirova found the back of the net twice for the Charge. Alexa Vasko and Emily Clark also scored to help secure the victory. The Torrent will look to regroup before hosting the Boston Fleet on March 11, while the Charge travel to the Prudential Center on Sunday for a showdown with the New York Sirens. Tampa Bay Lightning VS Winnipeg Jets 4-2, 1/2/24

 






   The Lightning played against the Jets on Tuesday, January 2nd. The Jets won with a 4-2 score.

   Steven Stamkos scores the first goal for the Lightning! His goal being the only one in first, the final score being 1-0.


   Neal Pionk ties it up in second, Alex Iafallo scores and gets the Jets in the lead by one goal. The final score of second period being 2-1.


   Nikolaj Ehlers scores, the Jets now in the lead by two goals. Morgan Barron scores an empty-netter! The Lightning gets one back, Nikita Kucherov scores with only seconds left in third. The final score being 4-2.
